Our Technical Department has a very wide range of experience and expertise in the manufacture and performance of cast rolls for all applications.

This includes the facility for the detailed analysis of any mill in order to specify the optimum material for the application, involving stress analysis, roll Metallography, water cooling, oxidation kinetics etc.

All roll material specifications and production methods are controlled by our Technical Department.

Our mobile Technical Services Engineer provides constant feedback on rolls in service, as well as providing extensive on site testing and inspection services to customers on request.
